Smart Start®
To facilitate drilling during the initial stages, as well as during the operation, a button can be pressed to reduce the speed by half. This feature is useful when making a starter hole or cutting through reinforcements.

OTHER FEATURES

  • If the motor runs at too high a load for a long period, it will start to pulsate. If the load is not reduced the motor will shut off, to prevent overheating. Elgard™ significantly increases the machine’s service life.
  • Functional ergonomics make the Husqvarna drill motors easy and convenient to operate.
  • An electronic current limiter for softer starts. Full speed is reached about two seconds after the switch is turned on.
  • Water-cooled gearbox (patent pending), where the water passes through the blade spindle, extends life of gearbox and gaskets.
  • Standard attachment for the stand, and is mainly meant for wet drilling, but can be fitted with an adapter for dry drilling.
  • Buttons and controls are ergonomically designed and easy to reach.
  • Water hose and electric cable run parallel conveniently from the machine.
  • Thanks to electronic rpm control, the job can always be done with optimum power.
